  1. The administrator of personal data of Customers collected through the Online Store is ILI OLA LTD, Marokańska 4 Street, 03-977, Warsaw NIP PL5223146163

 

1.2. Personal data of The Customer/Customers collected by the administrator through the Online Store is collected – in accordance with the will of the Customer / Customer – for the purpose of fulfilling the Sales Agreement or the contract for the provision of electronic service, as well as for direct marketing of our products and services and in order to comply with the requirements provided for in other generally applicable laws, for example, Art. 86 § 1 of the Act of 29 August 1997 Tax Code. We will process your personal data during the period of performance of the Sales Agreement, as well as for the period of limitation of claims under this agreement. We will retain your personal data contained in tax or accounting records until the retention obligations under tax and accounting regulations expire.

 

  1. 3. Possible recipients of personal data of Customers of the Online Store:

 

1.3.1. In the case of a Customer who uses the method of delivery by post or courier in the Online Store, the Administrator shall make the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected carrier or intermediary executing the shipments on behalf of the Administrator.

 

1.3.2. In the case of a Customer who uses an electronic payment method or a payment card in the Online Store, the Administrator shall make the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected entity handling the above payments in the Online Store.

 

1.4. The Customer/Customer has the following rights in connection with the processing of personal data:

 

the right of access to your personal data,

the right to request the rectification of your personal data,

the right to request the erasure of your personal data,

the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data,

the right to transfer his personal data, i.e. the right of the Customer to receive his personal data from the Seller, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable IT format. The Customer may transfer this data to another data controller or request that the Seller send the data to another controller. However, we will only do so if such a message is technically possible.

The Customer also has the right to object to the processing of his data for marketing purposes – as the Seller processes the Customer’s data for marketing purposes based on a legitimate interest.

 

In addition, the Customer has the right to object to the processing of his data due to a special situation – in cases where the Seller processes his data based on a legitimate interest.

In addition, the Customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

 

Providing personal data is voluntary, although failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Regulations necessary for the conclusion of the Sales Agreement or the contract for the provision of electronic service results in the inability to conclude this contract. The data necessary for the conclusion of the Sales Agreement or the contract for the provision of electronic service are also indicated each time on the website of the Online Store before the conclusion of the contract.
