To make a complaint, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Return / complaint form

 

Make a letter of complaint and attach it to the shipment. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the order number and the reason for the complaint, date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect. You can also send such a document by scanning to the e-mail address: biuro@iliola.pl. In the title of the message: complaint / order number.

 

  1. Sending back the product

 

When submitting a complaint, please send the product back.

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, please contact us: biuro@iliola.pl. In the message, please provide your name and surname, order number and bank account number. Then the returned goods (with the guarantee seal intact) should be sent to the following address:
